During a home visit, Michelle meets you where you live.  A home visit allows you to get the medical care you need without leaving home.  These visits may be supplemental to your health care plan or your primary for of care.  Michelle can tailor your home visit plan to your age, health history and current medical needs.

• Preventative Care-Preventative care is the foundation of healthcare.  Comprehensive physical exams, health screenings, blood work and other preventative care services help you and your provider maintain your health as you age.
• Acute Treatment-If you have an acute illness or injury but can't make it to the office, Michelle can evaluate you at your home.  UnTo offers telehealth consultations if you need prompt care but aren't able to secure a home visit.
• Chronic Disease Management-Chronic diseases, which las for longer than 3-6 months, require long-term care.  If you have diabetes, hypertension, arthritis or a thyroid disorder, home visits can reduce your time spent in a waiting room.
• Geriatric Services-Seniors have unique needs compared to younger adults.  With a wide range of geriatric services, Michelle can visit your home to deliver comprehensive checkups, arthritis management, osteoporosis care and more.
