• Falls Assessment-Seniors at an increased risk of injury from accidental falls.  As a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, Michelle is able to see the possibilities in strengthening and environmental interventions to prevent and minimize injury from falls.  A falls assessment helps evaluate your balance, coordination, muscle strength, vision and hearing to prevent sudden accidents.
• Memory Care-Dementia is a common symptom of many age-related health concerns, such as Alzheimer's disease.  Memory evaluations assess your psychological and cognitive functions to determine whether you need ongoing care.  The care extends to the caregiver as the extension of the patient.  The one caring for the patient needs to understand the process and expectations of the outcomes for the patient.
